North Carolina law requires us to collect a 8% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state.

When selecting the in store pickup option please allow one business day for your order to be processed.
For purposes of interpreting Refund Policy deadlines, your return or exchange's effective date is the date you ship it back to us. A cancellation is effective on the date on which we receive your cancellation request, if the order has not shipped.

When emailing us regarding a return, please include your name, your address, the date on which you purchased the order,if the order contained textbook please include textbook titles, and why you wish to cancel your order or to return or exchange.
Pack your return securely with a copy of the receipt. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, such as UPS. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Ship your return to us at the following address:

We cannot be responsible for packages which are misdirected due to a failure to use the entire suggested address.
We will refund the purchase price of your returned merchandise in the form of a credit back to the credit card you used to purchase the items. We will not refund shipping and handling fees unless we were in error.
